SERVPRO Team Caldwell, a leading provider of restoration and cleaning services for over 30 years, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in various construction disciplines, including drywall, flooring, basic plumbing (sinks and toilets), and residential remodeling. The Construction Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects, focusing on quality workmanship and attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drywall Installation and Repair:
- Proficient in drywall installation, finishing, and repair.
- Ability to assess and address drywall-related issues effectively.
Flooring Expertise:
- Experience in installing and repairing various types of flooring materials.
- Knowledge of best practices in flooring installation and maintenance.
Basic Plumbing Skills:
- Competency in basic plumbing tasks related to sinks and toilets.
- Identify and resolve plumbing issues efficiently.
Residential Remodeling:
- Participate in residential remodeling projects from concept to completion.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve project goals and timelines.
Attention to Detail:
- Ensure high-quality workmanship with a keen eye for detail.
- Thoroughly inspect completed work to meet SERVPRO's standards of excellence.
Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all construction activities.
- Promote a safe working environment for yourself and team members.
Communication:
- Communicate effectively with project managers, team members, and clients.
- Provide regular updates on project status and any potential issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience as a Construction Technician with a focus on drywall, flooring, and basic plumbing.
Strong understanding of residential remodeling processes.
Ability to operate construction tools and equipment safely.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
